This residence is designed to be the home of the Xaviers, their parents and their twin kids. The house accommodates the needs of the elderly while addressing the desires of the man and lady of the house and future aspirations of the twin kids. The spaces are designed to distinguish the semi-private and private areas of the house yet maintaining the visual flow through the entire house. The architectural ideology is to create semi-private spaces that enhance family interaction and private spaces for relaxation and self-contemplation in the house. The kids play area is designed to be completely sheltered from road view and it offers complete view from the kitchen to enhance the safety aspects of the residence.
