Initially designed as individual apartments to be sold or rented out, Iyla homes was later adapted to the needs of serviced apartments. Eight 2-bhk apartments were designed on a 2400 sqft. plot area with parking space for 8 cars, elevator and drivers facilities. The concept was to maximise floor space of each apartment within the guidelines and provide ample natural lighting and cross ventilation. All apartments have large balconies and service areas and are fully vastu compliant. A central void between the apartments accentuates the venturi effect in the escape of hot air, much needed for the hot weather.
